Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients in the hardware and industrial sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to maximize individual and team performance.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and proposals for senior management.
- Collaborate effectively with product and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the hardware or industrial consumables industry.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay (Trilingual capability is highly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for client visits and industry exhibitions as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
