Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) team is looking for an Industry Manager, Travel, to drive growth for our world's leading brands and agencies in Singapore. As a strategic partner and industry thought leader, you will help top-tier travel companies leverage Google's powerful suite of products to enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and accelerate business outcomes.

In this high-impact role, you will own the sales lifecycle for major accounts, defining go-to-market strategies that solve complex business challenges. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, building deep relationships that drive mutual growth. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive significant revenue growth for key Travel accounts across the region.
  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor to strategic partners, deeply understanding their business goals and aligning Google solutions to achieve them.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver tailored, high-value solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape within the Travel sector to identify new business opportunities and innovation areas.
  • Negotiate complex contracts and drive business transformation initiatives for major accounts.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop a team of account managers to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, specifically within the Travel, Hospitality, or Airline industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate broad business objectives into actionable sales plans.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with C-level executives and high-value clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is a plus for the Singapore market).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
