Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or strategic consulting within travel or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving ambitious sales goals.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies (e.g., search, YouTube, programmatic).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar CRM and reporting tools.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) are advantageous.
