TikTok is seeking a strategic and results‑driven Industry Operation Manager, App to join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team in Singapore. In this role, you will lead operational initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion for TikTok’s mobile app ecosystem across the region.
You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics—to design, implement, and optimize go‑to‑market strategies that accelerate app adoption, increase user engagement, and deliver measurable business impact. Your expertise will ensure seamless execution of campaigns, product launches, and partnership programs, while maintaining a sharp focus on performance metrics and market insights.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and manage end‑to‑end operational roadmaps for app‑centric initiatives, aligning resources with business objectives.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to create integrated activation plans that maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

- Design and execute operational strategies for TikTok’s app ecosystem in Singapore and surrounding markets.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business development within the tech or digital media industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and delivering measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and external partners.
- Solid understanding of mobile app ecosystems, app store dynamics, and digital advertising trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with budget management, vendor negotiation, and contract oversight is highly desirable.
