The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking a dynamic Industry Partnership Lead to join our team on a 1-year contract. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of Singapore's fintech evolution, collaborating with key ecosystem players to scale frontier technologies that strengthen our position as a global financial hub.
As an Industry Partnership Lead, you will serve as a bridge between MAS, financial institutions, and the broader technology community. You will identify high-impact opportunities, facilitate public-private partnerships, and advocate for initiatives that foster digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-level policy implementation while gaining deep insights into the regulatory and technological shifts shaping the future of money and finance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech, banking, and technology sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic partnership frameworks to support the adoption of frontier technologies (e.g., AI, Blockchain, Web3).
- Identify emerging industry trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to inform policy and strategic direction.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between MAS departments and external ecosystem partners to accelerate pilot programs.
- Represent MAS at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings to champion the Singapore fintech ecosystem.
- Evaluate partnership proposals and ensure alignment with national financial goals and regulatory sandboxes.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and briefing materials for executive management on partnership progress and ecosystem health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related technology field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development, corporate partnerships, or strategic consultancy within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore fintech landscape and key regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
