Tanggung Jawab
- Provide round-the-clock attentive care and supervision to infants to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Assist with feeding routines, including bottle preparation, burping, and monitoring nutritional intake.
- Perform thorough diaper changes and maintain strict hygiene standards to prevent infections.
- Engage infants in age-appropriate play activities to promote cognitive and motor skill development.
- Monitor the infant's health status, including temperature, sleep patterns, and general mood.
- Prepare nutritious meals and ensure meal times are a positive and social experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe nursery environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Early Childhood Education, or a related caregiving field.
- Proven experience in infant care (0-2 years old) is highly preferred.
- Certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
- Strong sense of patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with babies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with parents and guardians.
- Ability to follow schedules and routines strictly.
- Valid employment pass and clean background check.
