Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate activities supporting infant cognitive, social, and physical development
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of infants through vigilant supervision and hygiene practices
- Maintain detailed developmental progress documentation for each child
- Collaborate with parents through daily reports and parent-teacher conferences
- Adhere to Singapore's Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) regulations
- Work cooperatively with teaching assistants to maintain a nurturing classroom environment
- Participate in continuous professional development workshops and training
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- At least 1 year of experience in infant care or similar childcare setting
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and care protocols
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to engage parents
- Positive attitude and passion for working with infants aged 0-24 months
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Clean background check and required childcare certifications
