Tanggung Jawab
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate sensory, motor, and social development.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and wellness for infants throughout the day.
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Observe and document each child's developmental milestones and individual needs.
- Foster a warm, nurturing, and secure environment that supports emotional well-being.
- Manage infant care routines, including feeding, napping, and diapering, with patience and care.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to create a supportive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Infant/Toddler Care (CIT) or Higher NITEC/Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience working in an infant care or nursery setting is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of early childhood developmental milestones and curriculum requirements.
- Passionate about child development with a patient, nurturing, and proactive personality.
- Registered with ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency) is a distinct advantage.
- First Aid and CPR certification relevant to early childhood settings.
