Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive care, supervision, and a safe environment for infants and toddlers
- Plan and implement age-appropriate developmental activities that stimulate cognitive, physical, and social growth
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress and milestones
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic childcare environment
- Follow established health and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with other childcare professionals to create a cohesive and nurturing environment
Kualifikasi
- EY2 certification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
