Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate curricula focusing on developmental milestones
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for infants and preschoolers
- Monitor children's progress and maintain detailed developmental portfolios
- Facilitate engaging activities promoting cognitive, social, and physical growth
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and daily activities
- Adhere to health, safety, and regulatory standards at all times
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure cohesive program delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with infants and young children
- Certification in First Aid and Pediatric CPR
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging educational activities
- Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident preferred
