Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of infants at all times through constant supervision and vigilant monitoring.
- Implement age-appropriate daily routines, including feeding, diaper changing, napping, and playtime activities.
- Foster the physical, emotional, and social development of infants through interactive play and sensory experiences.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the infant care room and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's daily activities, milestones, and any concerns.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan and execute developmentally suitable programs.
- Document observations of infant behavior and progress as required by our curriculum standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience working with infants.
- Certificate in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Strong patience, empathy, and a genuine love for caring for babies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the children and the center.
