- Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based learning activities for infants
- Monitor developmental progress and create individualized care plans

- Collaborate with teaching teams on curriculum development
- Adhere to early childhood education standards and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 2 years' infant care experience
- Certification in infant/toddler development
- Strong understanding of child psychology (0-2 years)
- CPR and first aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging sensory activities
