Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement improvements to ensure optimal ICT infrastructure
- Plan and manage the annual ICT budget, ensuring the department operates within allocated resources
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ICT systems, networks, and security protocols
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions
- Develop and implement ICT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff across all departments
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and recommend innovations that enhance guest experiences
- Lead the ICT team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ICT management, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity
- Experience with budget planning and financial management of ICT departments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing IT teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven experience in implementing and managing ICT projects
