Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications
- Execute manual and automated testing to identify, document, and verify software defects
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define quality standards and ensure requirements are met
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment
- Perform regression testing to ensure new features do not impact existing functionality
- Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and implement automation where appropriate
- Provide clear and detailed documentation of test results, defects, and resolutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with both manual and automated testing frameworks
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with property management or SaaS applications is a plus
