Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design, development, and testing of complex software modules for new and existing R&D projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, scientists, and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications.
- Architect and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior software engineers.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and reliability of software systems.
- Drive continuous improvement in software development processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance product capabilities and development efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on R&D or product development.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Python, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with software architecture, design patterns, and developing multi-threaded or distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with real-time systems, embedded systems, or scientific instrumentation software is a significant plus.
