Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement enterprise-wide information governance frameworks and content curation strategies
- Oversee the entire information lifecycle from creation to archival, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Develop and maintain organizational taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate new information sources and technologies
- Establish metrics for information quality, accessibility, and utilization effectiveness
- Collaborate with IT and business units to implement information management systems
- Drive continuous improvement of knowledge-sharing practices and information architecture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information governance or content curation roles
- Expertise in metadata standards, taxonomy development, and information architecture
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with information management systems (CMS, DAM, ECM)
- Certification in information governance (e.g., CDMP, CIPM) preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities
