Are you a seasoned cybersecurity leader ready to protect critical public safety infrastructure? The Public Safety Mutual Benefit Fund, Inc. (PSMbFI) is seeking a visionary and highly skilled Information Security Manager to join our team in San Juan City, Metro Manila. This is a critical leadership role responsible for safeguarding our information assets, managing complex cybersecurity risks, and ensuring the highest level of data protection and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of our enterprise-wide information security strategy. You will partner directly with C-level executives to align security initiatives with business objectives, lead a dedicated security team, and oversee the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including SIEM, DLP, and cloud security platforms. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the evolving threat landscape of the financial and public service sectors.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements (BSP, DPA, ISO 27001).
- Lead the Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response team, ensuring timely detection, containment, and remediation of security threats.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and mitigate security gaps across the enterprise.
- Establish, enforce, and continuously improve security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure consistent application of best practices.
- Manage the information security budget, vendor relationships, and technology procurement to ensure cost-effective and robust security solutions.
- Coordinate and deliver comprehensive security awareness training programs to foster a strong security-first culture throughout the organization.
- Report on security metrics, key risk indicators, and incident trends to senior management and the board of directors, providing actionable insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
- Professional cybersecurity certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are required.
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001:2022, COBIT).
- Strong understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS/Azure), application security, endpoint protection, and identity & access management.
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing at the executive level.
- Proven hands-on experience in incident response, digital forensics, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity management.
- Experience working in the financial services, government, insurance, or public safety sectors is highly preferred.
