Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the security operations center (SOC) team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security monitoring, detection, and response strategies
- Oversee security incident management, including investigation, containment, and resolution of security incidents
- Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of technology operations
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing
- Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies to maintain a proactive security posture
- Report security metrics and performance to senior leadership and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)
- Expertise in security information and event management (SIEM) systems and security operations tools
- Experience with incident response, threat intelligence, and security automation
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts
- Experience in a manufacturing or technology environment is a plus
