- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development and enhancement.
- Design, develop, and test software solutions that improve operational efficiency within the Department of Social Welfare and Development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and program staff, to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing information systems to ensure high availability and security.
- Monitor system performance and data integrity, proposing optimization strategies as needed.
- Conduct user training sessions and provide technical support to ensure staff can effectively utilize new systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in systems analysis, software development, or database management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, or Java, and database management systems like MySQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience working in a government or large-scale corporate environment is an advantage.
