The Provincial Government of Bulacan is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Information Systems Analyst III to join our ICT team. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze, evaluate, and modify existing information systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the development and implementation of new software solutions and database management protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing and quality assurance to ensure bug-free deployment.
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for departmental hardware and software applications.
- Document system architecture, user manuals, and technical specifications for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify automation opportunities and digital process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with government cybersecurity policies and data privacy regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, application development, or ICT project management.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and server-side scripting.
- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with non-technical stakeholders.
- Eligibility under the Civil Service Commission (Career Service Professional) is preferred.
