In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our technological infrastructure, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our mission to provide a competitive advantage through robust IT solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor systems, resolve technical challenges, and drive process improvements that enable Sea to scale effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and support core corporate IT systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology gaps and define technical requirements for business objectives.
- Monitor and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking components.
- Document technical procedures, system configurations, and user guides to streamline internal operations.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex issues escalated by end-users or internal teams.
- Assist in the deployment and migration of new enterprise software tools and system updates.
- Analyze data trends to recommend process improvements and cost-optimization strategies within the IT department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an IT analyst or corporate systems support role.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Proficiency in system administration for Windows/macOS and experience with cloud-based enterprise suites (e.g., Google Workspace, O365).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptable mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-evolving corporate environment.
