Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud systems.
- Manage software deployment, updates, and licensing to ensure all systems run efficiently and securely.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to minimize downtime for employees and clients.
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive information and comply with industry standards.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and service contracts.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including standard operating procedures and disaster recovery plans.
- Provide technical support and training to staff members regarding new technologies and software tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar executive role.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware components, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or MCSE are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
