Based at our prestigious brand headquarters in Singapore, you'll lead the strategic planning and execution of all IT infrastructure operations to support our global luxury tea brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Strategic planning and implementation of IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, and data centers
- Oversee infrastructure security protocols, disaster recovery planning, and compliance frameworks
- Lead IT infrastructure lifecycle management including hardware refreshes and technology upgrades
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements for critical infrastructure components
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with business units to align infrastructure capabilities with growth objectives
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead and mentor the infrastructure operations team through technical guidance and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure management experience
- Expertise in enterprise-level cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure models
- Strong background in network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and zero-trust architectures
- Proven experience leading infrastructure teams and managing vendor relationships
- Relevant certifications (CCNP, CISSP, ITIL) or equivalent technical credentials
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet) and monitoring solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with demonstrated success in high-pressure environments
