Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support for desktop hardware, operating systems, and business applications
- Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues including network connectivity, software conflicts, and peripheral malfunctions
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, printers, and other IT equipment
- Document technical solutions and maintain accurate service records in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and security patches
- Train users on new technologies and best practices for digital workspace efficiency
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential technical risks
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and security protocols
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent preferred
- Singaporean PR or citizenship required for islandwide support role
