Tanggung Jawab
- Provide first-level IT support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation of assets and procedures
- Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades and migrations
- Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalate when necessary
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing priorities
- Previous internship or volunteer IT experience is a plus but not required
