Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and server systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Ensure data integrity by implementing and managing regular system backups and security protocols.
- Oversee GPS compliance and data logging systems to support field operations.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor network traffic and resolve connectivity issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with management to identify technical needs and implement appropriate IT solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network administration, or system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Familiarity with backup systems, data security, and disaster recovery procedures.
- Understanding of GPS compliance and tracking software is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a technical aptitude for learning new technologies.
- Ability to work full-time in Pasig City, Metro Manila.
