The Habitat Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Information Technology Manager to join our team based in Pulau Tikus, Penang. As the lead of our IT division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital transformation, maintaining robust infrastructure, and ensuring the seamless operation of our technological initiatives.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s IT ecosystem, including network security, software applications, and hardware procurement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance high-level strategic planning with day-to-day troubleshooting to support our growing business operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with company goals and digital transformation roadmaps.
- Manage and maintain the company’s core IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud-based services.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff to ensure minimal downtime.
- Oversee IT security protocols, data protection, and regular system backups.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement of hardware and software solutions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify digital opportunities to streamline business processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations and internal IT policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in IT management or a senior technical role.
- Strong understanding of network administration, server management (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Proven ability to manage IT budgets and lead digital transformation projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability and security.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or ITIL) will be considered a distinct advantage.
