Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily maintenance and optimization of corporate IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Manage the IT support ticketing system, ensuring high-priority issues are triaged and resolved within defined SLAs.
- Conduct regular monitoring of system health and performance to proactively identify and mitigate potential downtime.
- Lead and mentor junior IT support staff, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
- Ensure 100% compliance with organizational IT policies, data security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure hardware and software updates are implemented according to schedule.
- Prepare regular technical reports regarding system uptime, ticket resolutions, and infrastructure capacity planning for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
- Solid understanding of network administration, server management (Windows/Linux), and cloud-based applications.
- Proven track record in managing IT ticketing systems and troubleshooting workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations in a commercial environment.
- Industry-standard certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation, or CCNA) are highly preferred.
