In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that both our bustling restaurant store teams and our HQ staff remain connected, productive, and efficient.

You will play a critical role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, resolving technical hurdles, and supporting our growth as we continue to serve our signature crispy chicken to the world. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide primary technical support for POS systems, hardware, and network connectivity at store locations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and peripheral issues for HQ staff in a timely manner.
  • Manage user accounts, email permissions, and access controls for internal systems.
  • Maintain and monitor server backups, network security, and overall system integrity.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment for new store openings and office expansion.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Document technical procedures, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for internal knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance checks to ensure minimal downtime.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
  • Hands-on experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is highly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize support requests in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
  • Valid driver’s license may be required for occasional site visits.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
