Join the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as an Infra Ops & Support Specialist to safeguard our critical cybersecurity infrastructure. This contract role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize our Palo Alto Cortex platform, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats. You will be at the forefront of proactive security monitoring, rapid incident response, and continuous operational improvements. As part of MAS's cybersecurity team, you'll contribute to the resilience of Singapore's financial sector while working with cutting-edge security technologies and best practices. This position requires a hands-on professional who can balance technical expertise with strategic thinking to enhance our security posture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize Palo Alto Cortex platform operations including XDR, SOAR, and NGFW components
- Conduct proactive security monitoring and analysis of alerts, logs, and events
- Lead incident response activities including investigation, containment, and remediation
- Develop and maintain security operation procedures, playbooks, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and improvements
- Perform regular system health checks and capacity planning
- Contribute to security automation initiatives and tool integration
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations with Palo Alto Cortex platforms
- Strong understanding of network security, threat intelligence, and incident response protocols
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Palo Alto Networks PCNSE preferred
- Experience with SIEM tools, vulnerability management, and security automation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Knowledge of financial sector regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS TRM) is advantageous
