Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about technology and solving complex infrastructure challenges? Nanyang Tech is seeking a dedicated Infra/ Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide daily IT Infrastructure and Operations support, ensuring seamless business operations across systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals. You will be the first point of contact for technical resolutions through our IT Helpdesk, playing a critical role in maintaining system stability and enhancing user experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide daily IT Infrastructure and Operations support for systems software, networks, servers, and end-user terminals.
- Manage and resolve technical issues escalated through the IT Helpdesk efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor server health and network performance to ensure high availability and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, including end-user terminals and peripheral devices.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patches to protect organizational data.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement best practices for IT infrastructure management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an IT Support Engineer or Systems Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS) and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with non-technical and technical staff.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
