Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize server infrastructure including physical/virtual environments
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network architectures and security protocols
- Lead infrastructure upgrades and migrations while maintaining zero-downtime operations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations and system architectures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automation solutions for infrastructure management
- Perform capacity planning and performance tuning for critical IT resources
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and security best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in server administration and network management
- Proficiency with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF) and security frameworks
- Certifications in Cisco (CCNA/CCNP) or Microsoft (MCSA/MCSE) preferred
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior team members
