As an Assistant Manager, you will act as a key liaison between project stakeholders, contractors, and internal management. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the ongoing efficiency and effectiveness of all infrastructure methods and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with engineering standards, blueprints, and safety regulations.
- Manage relationships with third-party contractors, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Analyze project data to identify potential bottlenecks and propose actionable process improvements.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports for senior management regarding infrastructure project status.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges during the construction phase.
- Ensure all infrastructure maintenance activities meet sustainability and quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure project management or site supervision.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, site logistics, and infrastructure planning.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical reports and site data.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of managing onsite teams effectively.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in the Sentul area.
