In this role, you will be the cornerstone of our project lifecycle, managing complex infrastructure and building initiatives from conception through to successful handover. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards of safety and quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of complex building and infrastructure projects.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Supervise on-site operations to ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with contractors, vendors, and external consultants to ensure project alignment.
- Perform regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Conduct progress reporting for senior management, highlighting project milestones and budgetary performance.
- Ensure all project activities comply with local building codes, environmental regulations, and legal standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction-management field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial building projects.
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement processes, and cost estimation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites in the Bandung area as required.
- Professional certification (e.g., SKA, PMP) is highly regarded.
