Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable enterprise-grade IT infrastructure and server environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot outages, and perform root cause analysis to ensure maximum uptime.
- Administer cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) to support organizational needs.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols, firewalls, and data backup solutions.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new software solutions into the existing infrastructure.
- Provide technical documentation and training for system maintenance and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and Load Balancing.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator) are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
