In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility operations, ensuring the seamless performance of electrical, water, and HVAC systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of factory LV/MV electrical distribution systems.
- Manage critical utility infrastructure including water supply, compressed air systems, and HVAC units.
- Execute proactive and preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure facility reliability.
- Ensure full compliance with TNB (Tenaga Nasional Berhad) regulations and internal safety protocols.
- Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize factory utility consumption and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors to manage infrastructure upgrades and facility repairs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system performance, maintenance logs, and utility usage reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in factory infrastructure or facility management.
- Preference given to candidates with valid Chargeman certification.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to facilitate effective communication across our diverse operational team.
- Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems and industrial HVAC standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
