In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the company’s core IT infrastructure. You will work alongside experienced engineers to ensure high availability, security, and performance across servers, networks, and cloud environments. Your responsibilities will span server administration (Linux and Windows), network troubleshooting, managing backup solutions, automating routine tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, and PowerShell, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 uptime. You will also assist in managing cloud resources on AWS and Azure, learning infrastructure-as-code principles, and contributing to our disaster recovery roadmap.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in designing, deploying, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of critical services.
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
- Manage backups, disaster recovery processes, and security patching.
- Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and network diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or administration (junior level).
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewalls).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Network+) are a strong plus.
