We are seeking an experienced and proactive Infrastructure Engineer (Monitoring & Operations) to join the team at Search Index Pte Ltd. In this critical role, you will take the lead in designing and implementing enterprise monitoring strategies, ensuring robust service assurance, and driving cloud cost optimization initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining reliable, high-performing, and cost-efficient IT operations that support our business growth.
As a key member of the infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing the health of our systems, identifying performance bottlenecks, and implementing automation to streamline workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT services and maintain the highest standards of availability and security. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-grade monitoring solutions using tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Ensure 24/7 high availability and performance of critical infrastructure and applications.
- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives to identify savings opportunities and reduce operational expenses.
- Manage service assurance protocols, including incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to improve system resilience and operational workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in infrastructure engineering or system administration.
- Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows Server environments and scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience implementing and maintaining observability stacks (logging, metrics, tracing).
- Deep understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and virtualization technologies.
