Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Manage and optimize server systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Provide onsite technical support and troubleshooting for client environments
- Document infrastructure configurations and create operational procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy scalable IT solutions
- Monitor system health and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Support infrastructure scaling initiatives aligned with business growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration and network engineering
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% for client-site assignments
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a customer-centric approach
