Join QBE Insurance's dynamic IT team as an Infrastructure Engineer - Workplace and play a pivotal role in maintaining our organization's technological backbone. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing robust infrastructure solutions that ensure seamless business operations across Metro Manila. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies while adhering to global IT standards and security protocols. As a key member of our infrastructure division, you'll contribute directly to enhancing system reliability, performance, and scalability for 5,000+ employees across the region. Your expertise will directly support QBE's digital transformation initiatives while maintaining compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Deploy and maintain enterprise-level infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
- Implement network security protocols and access controls to protect organizational assets
- Monitor system performance using industry-standard tools and proactively address bottlenecks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives
- Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Manage patch management and system updates to maintain security and compliance
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for complex infrastructure issues
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure support and management
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure models
- Proficiency in network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security frameworks
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for automation and configuration management
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
