Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute a comprehensive infrastructure engineering strategy aligned with the company's business goals and technology roadmap.
- Establish and enforce robust infrastructure governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and operational efficiency.
- Lead financial planning and budget management for infrastructure initiatives, focusing on cost optimization and ROI maximization.
- Oversee the management and mentorship of a diverse engineering team, fostering professional growth and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable solutions that meet business requirements.
- Drive the modernization of existing infrastructure, leveraging cloud technologies and automation tools.
- Monitor system performance and implement strategies to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
- Proven track record in IT governance, financial planning, and strategic infrastructure management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, PMP, TOGAF) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
