EVE Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure & Facilities Manager to join our dynamic team in Kulim, Kedah. As a leader in the energy storage and battery manufacturing sector, we require a dedicated professional to oversee the seamless operation and maintenance of our large-scale industrial infrastructure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all plant infrastructure and utility systems.
- Manage external contractors and service providers to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee facility safety protocols, ensuring full compliance with DOSH, local fire department regulations, and environmental standards.
- Lead facility expansion or retrofitting projects from planning through to execution and handover.
- Monitor utility consumption (electricity, water, gas) and implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize operational costs.
- Coordinate with production and engineering departments to minimize downtime and ensure facility readiness for high-volume manufacturing.
- Manage the facility budget, track expenditures, and provide detailed reporting on infrastructure performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in industrial facility management or infrastructure maintenance.
- Deep understanding of building management systems (BMS), HVAC, electrical distribution, and fire protection systems.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian building regulations, safety compliance, and ISO standards.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage multiple vendors in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Professional certification in facility management or relevant trade licenses is highly preferred.
