Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive infrastructure security controls across cloud, network, and data center environments
- Develop enforceable security policies and procedures aligned with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST)
- Lead security incident response planning and execution during breach scenarios
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing of critical systems
- Manage security toolsets including SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection platforms
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate security into CI/CD pipelines
- Prepare executive-level security reports and risk assessments for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related technical field
- Minimum 8 years in infrastructure security with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) required
- Proven experience in financial services security compliance frameworks
- Expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure) and hybrid infrastructure architectures
- Strong knowledge of threat intelligence and zero-trust security models
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership
