Ciputra Residence is seeking a dedicated Infrastructure Inspector to ensure the integrity and safety of our residential community's critical infrastructure. This pivotal role involves conducting systematic inspections of roads, bridges, drainage systems, and public facilities to identify maintenance needs and compliance issues. You'll collaborate with engineering teams to develop corrective action plans while maintaining detailed documentation of findings. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise to prevent infrastructure deterioration, ensuring long-term sustainability for our residents. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine and scheduled inspections of roads, bridges, drainage systems, and public facilities
- Document infrastructure conditions using standardized reporting formats and photographic evidence
- Analyze inspection data to identify patterns of deterioration or non-compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop maintenance and repair schedules
- Verify contractor compliance with technical specifications during construction projects
- Prepare detailed inspection reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor infrastructure performance during extreme weather events
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure inspection or construction supervision
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting standards
- Knowledge of Indonesian building codes and infrastructure regulations
- Strong analytical skills for identifying structural issues
- Certification in infrastructure inspection (e.g., SPI, ACI) preferred
- Experience with GIS mapping and AutoCAD for infrastructure documentation
