Are you an Infrastructure & Network Engineer looking for an opportunity to join a leading global asset manager? Capital Dynamics is seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our robust network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and high availability.
As part of our technical operations team, you will proactively monitor network performance, troubleshoot complex connectivity issues, and implement stringent security measures to protect our critical financial data assets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deploy new infrastructure solutions and upgrade legacy systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and committed to maintaining the highest standards of IT stability and security.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and manage complex network architectures and systems to support business growth.
- Monitor network traffic and performance to ensure optimal uptime and reliability across the organization.
- Configure and maintain firewalls, routers, and switches to secure data transmission and protect against cyber threats.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues and deploy innovative infrastructure solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding network infrastructure.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
- Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, OSI models, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), and switching technologies.
- Experience with network security protocols, VPNs, and firewall management.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCNA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
