Join LWS Network Pte Ltd as a key Infrastructure & Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer in Johor Bahru. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and cloud services using industry-standard tools
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents outages with SLA-driven response times
- Perform proactive maintenance including patch management, configuration updates, and capacity planning
- Document network changes, incidents, and solutions in ITSM systems for audit and knowledge base
- Collaborate with security teams to implement threat detection and mitigation strategies
- Support network migration projects and technology upgrades while maintaining service continuity
- Provide tier-2 support escalation for complex network issues requiring advanced diagnostics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network operations or NOC environments
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VPN, and network security protocols
- Proficiency with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) and ticketing systems
- Industry certifications (CCNP, CCNA, or CompTIA Network+) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure during critical incidents
