Dirgantara Yudha Artha Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our critical development initiatives. We specialize in the planning, management, and execution of complex infrastructure projects, and we are looking for a leader who can drive results and ensure operational excellence.
As the Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to final execution and handover. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring that all project goals, timelines, and budgets are met without compromising on quality or safety standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end management of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, procurement specialists, and external contractors.
- Monitor project progress continuously and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local construction codes.
- Manage stakeholder communications, preparing regular progress reports and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to optimize project delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in infrastructure project management.
- Strong proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or Procore.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian infrastructure regulations, labor laws, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make high-pressure decisions.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is highly preferred.
