Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a small team of IT professionals specializing in infrastructure and security
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive security policies and procedures
- Oversee the health, performance, and reliability of all IT infrastructure and systems
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards
- Manage and respond to security incidents, conducting thorough investigations
- Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives
- Stay current with emerging threats and technologies to maintain a robust security posture
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and security management
- Proven experience leading and developing small technical teams
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and best practices
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and security solutions
- Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM) or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
