Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure solutions including servers, storage, and virtualization systems
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resource utilization for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with network and security teams to implement robust infrastructure security protocols
- Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and disaster recovery plans
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and troubleshooting for critical infrastructure issues
- Lead infrastructure upgrade projects and technology migrations
- Analyze emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure administration and systems management
- Strong expertise in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Proficiency in network protocols, security best practices, and backup systems
- Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools and automation solutions
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSE, AWS/Azure) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
