Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain Hyper-V virtualization environments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Administer Windows Server and RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) environments across enterprise clusters.
- Implement and manage CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) policies to ensure secure administrative access.
- Configure and execute data backup and recovery strategies using Veeam Data Backup products.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure-related incidents and performance bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to deploy server patches, security updates, and system upgrades.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for infrastructure configurations and disaster recovery plans.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in enterprise-level infrastructure support.
- Proficiency in Hyper-V virtualization management and administration.
- Solid operational experience with Windows Server and RHEL server environments.
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk PAM solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise data backups using Veeam products.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, RHCE, or Veeam Certified Engineer) are a significant advantage.
